Changes or cancellations of reservations made through us, while governed by the Tourism Service Providers, must be managed through COZUMELITOS TOURS . In any of the above cases, the Provider will refer the matter to us.
Changes to reservations must be notified by the client at least 24 hours before the activity and are subject to the provider's availability.
Suppliers may make changes to the contact information provided by the client on this platform with prior notice due to weather, logistics, or events and circumstances, blockages, political issues, or any other situation that requires the supplier to change its operations at the destination. It is the client's obligation to monitor the contact numbers or email addresses provided on the platform to check for any changes to their reservation.
The provider is exempt from any claims or refunds upon notification of any changes to the contracted activity at least 24 hours in advance. If the client does not respond, the provider is not responsible.
Refunds must be requested 48 hours in advance of the contracted activity and are subject to review and approval by the providers within 7 to 10 business days.
Refunds cannot be requested after the established deadline. All claims or changes are subject to review and approval by the contracted provider.
COZUMELITOS reserves the right to refund activities outside the established deadline.
The request must be sent to hello@cozumelexperts.com and to the WhatsApp line and is subject to approval by the specific policies of each contracted provider.
